・If you cancel the commission during the sketching stage, there is a 50% refund. For canceling a fully completed piece, the refund is 25%
・It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent
DEADLINES
・Usually it takes from a two weeks up to 1 month to finish your commission. I am trying to draw as fast and qualitatively as I can, please be patient
・Rush fee of 50% is applied for commissions with deadline shorter than 2 weeks
